Items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are:

- In original condition
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items

- Wigs and hair products that have been worn, altered, or installed
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
